Rojo Ring is designed to align with TCPA, TSR, and state telemarketing requirements, and to support carrier and ITG traceback workflows. Please confirm each item below before applying. Your responses are stored alongside your application.

Opt-in only.I will only upload contacts who have given prior express consent, and I can produce a per-record consent artifact (source, timestamp, capture URL) on 24-hour notice.One contact per recipient per week.I accept the platform-wide cap of one voicemail to any recipient inside any rolling seven-day window, enforced across every operator.IVR opt-out + platform-wide blacklisting.Every voicemail I send will include the IVR opt-out path. I understand opt-outs propagate to every operator on the platform within ten minutes and are permanent.24-hour traceback response.I will return full per-call provenance — operator, list, consent, script, send window, disposition — within 24 hours of any carrier, ITG, FCC, or state-AG request routed through the platform.

I will not spoof, neighbor-spoof, or misrepresent the originator.Operator responsibility & B2B intake.I am applying as a business operator (not a consumer), and I am responsible for compliance with applicable federal and state laws — including TCPA, TSR, and state telemarketing rules — for the campaigns I run on the platform.
